We’ve got lots of ways to get connected to Belmont UMC and the greater Nashville community. Social justice is at the heart of who we are, and we love to help people get more involved in making the world a better place.
Outreach & Advocacy – join some of our YA members on the outreach and advocacy committees! These groups help steer Belmont’s mission and the way we show up in our community.
Youth – Want to relive your fun youth group memories? Come volunteer in our youth ministry! We are always looking for young adults to serve as small group leaders for our Sunday night youth gatherings.
Music Ministry – Harness your musical talents by joining one of our many musical ensembles! A number of our young adults sing in the choir, so reach out if you want a buddy to go with you to try it out!
NOAH – Looking for more ways to get involved in making Nashville better? NOAH is a great place to start.
Refuge Center – Mental health is a huge part of young adulthood. If you’re looking for a place to explore getting help, the Refuge Center is a center for counseling in Franklin that operates on a sliding scale and provides extremely high quality mental health care in multiple modalities.
Inspired by Rachel Held Evans – Exploring your faith in a new way? Trying to reconstruct after deconstructing your faith? Confused by the greater “Christian” narrative and wondering what the Bible really says? This book is a great place to start.
